"We are close to the hospital and sporting events! Most homes in this area are older however, for us having character was most important! We are a close drive to the grocery stores, pharmacies, and several eateries we can walk to. Plus Krepps Park is close by and we liked feeling connected to the University since we are in close proximity."

"Small new neighborhood and TONS of kids. We literally just let the kids play and there is hardly any traffic. All the adults are friends and we have bonfires almost every weekend together. No neighborhood like it!"
—Kristen Bennion, The Woods at the Summit
"This neighborhood is amazing. First the location, right off of I-68, less than 15 minutes from the hospital, next to great shopping centers. I really feel like this is the perfect mix of not being too far into the country and not being too close to the city. There are a ton of neighborhood activities. There is a big yard sale in the spring, all holidays are a huge deal- it is one of the best neighborhoods around in terms of decorating and celebrating, there is a neighborhood book club, people are always walking their dogs, and lots of kids playing outside. There is a big range of kids ages as well. All of the houses were built after 2000 and everyone is great about maintenance. I really feel like we found the perfect neighborhood here!"
